In December 2023, Jobify (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., a leading digital recruitment and staffing platform, proudly represented Cambodia at the Cambodia–Japan Apprenticeship Program (CJAP) Japan Visit 2023, organized by the Cambodia–Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) and supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The program brought together eight outstanding Cambodian startups for an intensive eight-day business mission across Fukuoka and Tokyo, designed to foster cross-border collaboration, investment, and innovation exchange between Cambodia and Japan.

In Fukuoka, Jobify joined a series of business matching and ecosystem dialogues hosted by the Fukuoka Growth Next and the Fukuoka Global Startup Center (GSC) — one of Japan’s leading startup support platforms. Founder and CEO Sum Sopha presented Jobify’s AI-powered recruitment ecosystem, emphasizing the company’s role in enabling inclusive digital growth in Southeast Asia.

In Tokyo, the team took part in the Social Impact Pitch at Deloitte Japan and an impact investment workshop with Music Securities, Japan’s pioneering crowdfunding platform. Discussions centered on sustainable investment frameworks, digital HR innovation, and new pathways for impact-driven collaborations.
Additionally, meetings with Cross Fields opened opportunities for corporate volunteer and skill exchange programs between Japanese professionals and Cambodian startups.
